Prepare for your upcoming joint replacement surgery with confidence. USC Arcadia Hospital’s in-person pre-operative joint replacement seminar is designed to educate patients on what to expect before, during, and after surgery. Whether you’re undergoing hip or knee replacement, this class provides essential information to help you feel informed and empowered throughout your surgical journey.

We also offer this class virtually if you cannot attend in person. View virtual class dates here. Registration is required at least 2 weeks before your surgery date due to limited space.

Anyone scheduled for hip replacement or knee replacement surgery at USC Arcadia Hospital is encouraged to attend, along with a caregiver or support person.

Registration is required at least two weeks before your surgery date due to limited space. You can register online through the class link or by emailing the Joint Program team at JointProgram@med.usc.edu.

This is a hybrid class offered both in-person and virtually. The in-person session is held at USC Arcadia Hospital’s 3N Conference Room, North Tower. Attendees should use the main entrance.

Bring a notepad, any specific questions you have for your surgeon, and a support person if possible. All necessary educational materials will be provided on-site.
